Role and responsibilities

Cleanroom Facilities interface coordinator:

Support new cleanroom construction and/or upgraded work centers by providing guidance and material for equipment and furniture layouts.

Co-ordinate scheduling of rigging for equipment installs and moves.

Cleanroom Equipment maintenance coordinator (Tool Management):

Cost estimates/quotes, calibrations, repairs, upgrades, perform/supervise work to completion of all factory tooling and equipment.

  • Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for onsite calibration, preventative maintenance, and repair of equipment.
  • Lifting fixture CE certifications and OSHA crane inspections and Preventive maintenance.
  • Cleanroom scissor lifts & hoist preventive maintenance.
  • Support Point of Use tooling calibrations (tool center)

Cleanroom IT equipment interface coordinator:

IT interface for software issues, PC ordering and upgrading, Hard drive storage maintenance, new requirements, Cleanroom flat screen displays, badge access approval.

Equipment purchasing:

New/repair estimates and quotes, purchase requisitions.

Interface for MRA, SAC, CAPEX, and EasyBuy generation and follow-ups

Equipment storage:

Support and maintain tooling/equipment inventory that moves between cleanroom and warehouse.

Education and experience

Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience. A degree in engineering or related field is preferred

  • 5+ years in high technology manufacturing. Cleanroom experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Lasers, gas cabinets, cranes, motorized lifts, electro mechanical/optical systems, ovens, cleanroom temp control, and computer maintenance.
  • Experience in CAD drawings, building layouts.
  • Project management experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Possesses excellent writing and strong presentation skills.
  • Highly collaborative and strong influencing skills.

Role within Office

Responsibilities:

  • Routinely required to sit; walk; talk; hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and stretch. Occasionally required to move around the campus.
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
  • May require travel dependent on business needs.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Role within the Factory

Responsibilities:

  • Must be willing to work in a clean room environment, wearing coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses and gloves for entire duration of shift.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee routinely is required to sit; walk; talk; hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and stretch.
  • The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
  • Can work under deadlines.
  • The environment generally is moderate in temperature with moderate to high noise level.

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. * 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
