Responsibilities

How you will serve our residents and our community?

  • Participate in the overall sales efforts of the community by serving as liaison with new residents as they transition to the community as well as provide administrative support to the sales team..
  • Consistently and genuinely demonstrate the STARS principles of Service, Teamwork, Action, Reputation and Success in all activities and interactions.
  • Coordinate the move-in process for new residents and serve as liaison between residents, families, community associates, and a variety of third parties such as moving companies.
  • Work closely with the Business Office Manager to ensure that deposits, entrance fees, monthly service fees, purchase orders, and payment vouchers are processed and reported timely and properly.
  • Maintain data in the Yardi lead base system, ensuring that appropriate information is updated timely and in appropriate detail.
  • Prepare sales brochure packets and new resident move-in guides; monitor collateral material supplies and update and/or reorder as needed.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of marketing events to promote the Brightview brand, educate referral sources, and drive traffic to the community.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team.
  • Greet prospective residents and families to the community; respond to inquiries and conduct personal visits as needed.
  • Make follow-up calls to prospective residents to maintain contact as they work through their decision making process.
  • Ensure that model apartments are well maintained and ready to show at all times.
  • Participate in and attend all required in-service training and education programs as scheduled.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Compensation Disclosure

$21.25 - 24.50 / hour

The salary range displayed above represents the potential pay available for this role. It does not include bonus or additional incentives (if eligible), and does not include benefits. A candidate's offer will take into consideration experience, qualifications, location, size of community (if relevant), certifications/training, etc. Brightview reviews and adjusts compensation ranges at least once a year.


Qualifications

With our residents in mind, the right candidate will have:

  • Minimum of two years' administrative or face-to-face customer service experience in a fast paced, environment.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook; proficiency with Internet applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple simultaneous assignments while maintaining accuracy and commitment to deadlines.
  • Excellent written communication skills including proper grammar and professional writing.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to connect and communicate effectively, in English, with a diverse range of individuals and groups.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in a fast paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm and energy.
