Job Description

In your role as a Supplier Performance Manager, you will proactively identify and solve potential issues by working closely with our technical departments and customers, and actively manage an extensive supplier base.

Your main responsibilities are:

  • Drive Operational Excellence and Performance of suppliers along with their n-tier suppliers including capacity analysis, delivery performance and escalation management.
  • Contribute to ASML sourcing strategy and work with ASML stakeholders to shape our future supply chain.
  • Optimize manufacturing processes at suppliers.
  • Representing Logistics as member of Supplier Account Team.
  • Lead a cross sectorial team for several projects.

Education and experience

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 5 years relevant work experience.
  • Experience in operational excellence and continuous improvement in a manufacturing or high-tech environment.

Role within Office Responsibilities:

  • Routinely required to sit; walk; talk; hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and stretch. Occasionally required to move around the campus.
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
  • May require travel dependent on business needs.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. * 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
