We are seeking a PRN Clinical Dietitian to join our Nutrition Team at UConn Health in Hartford, CT. Key Responsibilities Provides medical nutrition therapy including nutrition assessment, diet modification, nutrition education, and intervention for the patient population Follows all guidelines as outlined within the Company Diet Manual and the Clinical Nutrition Policies

The Dietitian functions as the expert in planning and conducting nutritional therapy for clients in Stonington Institute programs. The Dietitian will provide nutrition screening review, assessment, treatment planning (including coordination of individualized menu planning where indicated) and delivery, and training and education in nutrition therapy for staff and clients.
